I live in the in-between. The hour the light bleeds out of the sky. The wall that remembers every hand that ever marked it. The animal that holds still just long enough to be seen. Beauty has always carried a shadow, so I follow it through the cold and the dark, a camera in one hand and a can of paint in the other.
